Gotcha, Gotcha, I respect BJ but at time's he get's to me because he lay's off his talent. I also have a resentment that Diego didn't beat him as I believed that was his best & only chance of winning a belt & what a name to beat in Penn....well we see what happened there.

BJ Penn is another one of those uber talented fighters that cut their own prime short.

It's a close fight imo.

I don't think cardio would be an issue for Nate, though...even against Bendo. The thing is Nate is such an oppurtunistic fighter with his submissions. Bendo has been put in subs before and gotten out of them, but there's a difference between Cerrone catching you in a deep choke and Nate catching you in a deep choke...if Nate catches you in one it's pretty much game over. Also, Bendo's one loss was via him getting choked out.

I think Nate can stop some takedowns and do some damage on the feet, and I just like Nate's chances in 5 round fights to do constant damage and eventually find a sub, especially with his seemingly improved defensive wrestling and ability to get off his back...

Good card, but id have to say that the fox card 1 week before this is even better...

Shogun/Vera
Machida/Bader
Lauzon/Varner
Browne/Rothwell
Davis/Prado

all easily PPV worthy fights... although the Shogun/Vera matchup is odd, shogun is a big name and should but on a nice display...

Davis/Prado is also a very under looked at fight... Davis is a top10 LHW whose only lose is to Evans... Prado has a ton of hype around him, many claming him to be the next big thing... not just the next fighter to enter the UFC...

Bendo/Edgar will be a great fight. I hope the better man wins as always... I just hope it isnt too close so we can avoid too many rematches now and in the near future... but I do see it being a close fight again... however this time maybe with a finish...

If Machida loses.... does he drop down to MW?

If Machida drops down to MW... does Anderson move up or wait until Machida is the number one contender?

I think he does honestly, & if Machida makes his way up the MW ranks then I might see Anderson moving up to LHW or even if he so chose to drop to WW.

In a perfect world for me I'd like to see Bendo retain his belt and Cerrone get past Guillard. That way I would get to see Bendo/Diaz and Cerrone/Edgar and hopefully with a little luck after those bouts I'd get to see Cerrone/Bendo and an Edgar drop to FW to challenge that unchallenged champion.

I wouldn't quite call Aldo an unchallenged champion, he's an unchallenged champion as Anderson was prior to Sonnen. I think he just happens to be that much better than his opponents & blows past them which makes them look a lot less skilled than what they are.

I think Frankie is a game opponent & can win the fight, I just believe Bendo is that much better & truly wants to prove he is the best in his division. He has that Nightmare drive just w/the overall skill to back it.
