MMAjunkie.com (UFC blog for UFC news, UFC rumors, fighter interviews and event previews/recaps | MMAjunkie.com) today confirmed that at least one fighter has agreed to the matchup, which Tatame first reported.

UFC on FX 5 takes place Oct. 5 at Target Center in Minneapolis. The night's main card airs on FX, and FUEL TV and Facebook are expected to carry the prelims.

The da Silva vs. Dodson bout likely will be part of the main card.
