How does a man that has fought the future LHW champ of the UFC and current #1 contender in LHW and just about won get called a coward?

BJ Penn has fought in almost all weight classes and beat some of the best in the world, Fitch calling him a coward makes Fitch look bad.

BJ has always been called out in his cardio and willingness to train, but the mans lacks nothing in talent, I mean, c'mon the mans nickname is "the Prodigy."

fitch talkin shit, doesnt suit him very well and hes not good at it, questioning penn's heart is about as futile as one can get in mma, penn forged a legacy out of fighting anyone anywhere regardless of the size. fitch is just mad bj even considered going back to aka without offering fitch an oral tribute. bj doesnt need aka anyway he could go work with hughes again or any number of camps that would love to have him train there. bj at extreme couture or team alpha male or team quest would all be viable options.

agree with wolverine.. personally, i'd love to see bj at alpha male.. the conditioning he'd get there plus the additional take down offense... his boxing and bottom game is already top notch. i think it's conditioning coupled with the right mentality is where he really needs to work.

Not to mention that Lyoto was fighting in the heavyweight class when he faced BJ (small Heavyweight at 225, but still).

In a world where we have guys like "rumble" trying to cut 60lbs to get an advantage...If you were going to find somebody to call a coward, you failed with this choice.

IMO just taking the fight with Rory was a ballsy move for BJ.
