Well as Koscheck wished nothing less than a partial recovery for GSP, I can only hope for Koscheck to never return to the Octagon again from this injury.

It's what Koscheck would have wished upon his opponent, so?

This was to be the co-main for the Jones/Hendo card, no?

Maia is coming off a quick win and is booked in Brazil vs. Story, but they could probably entice him into taking this fight. BJ WAS anticipating on fighting 21 days later AND doesn't have an opponent now. While either of those could work, given the lack of star power on the Jones/Hendo undercard, BJ/Ellenberger would be great.

Siyar or Alves would be fun, but honestly I'd rather see those two go against each other at this point.

Fitch is scheduled for a mid-October fight in Brazil too, but if his knee is ready he may be a suitable replacement.

I think BJ/Ellenberger is the best matchup.

fitch wants to fight so bad it seems and he and ellenberger were already slated to fight each other on the superbowl card last year. it would basically be the same exact fight as ellenberger/koscheck, except with less punches.
