Great card. Its good to see them going big with these cards... All of these guys are easily top10 talent... The best vs. the best needs to happen...

However if you look at the matchups...

Bendo will likely look to take Diaz down to a UD.

Goose will look to outpoint shogun standing...

Remember the Strikeforce card with...

Hendo vs. Shields

King Mo vs. Mousasi

Melendez vs. Aoki

that was supposed to be a great card, and all 3 of those fights were absolutely horrendous... Lets hope we dont see anything similar to that....

Nah, use their stars in fights that should be barnburners on a free event (especially one as easily advertised as FOX) & garner new fans for the coming year & a ratings boost to boot.
Smart business move actually, if they go back to the format of having a few PPV's a year with really nice cards around it then I believe you will see a spike in viewers.
