Sonnen is being complimentary of Hendo... how sweet.

The UFC should give him a legit top LHW after he beats Forrest...

Love to see Sonnen fight Evans, Machida, or Jones...

I would have rather seen Sonnen fight someone like Lil Nog, than Forrest.

I think Griffin is a tougher fight then Lil Nog. Lots of hate for Griffin, but he's still a decent fighter. Griffin is a lot bigger then Sonnen, he probably bullies him around in the fight.

Forrest is still border line top ten in the LHW div.. Lil Nog, right under him. I know Forrest has been a flake lately but with his size I think he will give Sonnen a good fight.

Forrest is definetly bigger and stronger than Lil Nog. He has a good ground game, but not sure it is above Rogerio's... He has some sick sweeps and could really threaten to sub Chael...

He has also shown improved TDD in his fights with Davis and Bader.... Add that to his boxing, he would have a good chance at Sonnen.

Also someone like Rampage poses an even bigger challenge to Sonnen than either of them. He isnt going to sub Chael, but he has elite tdd when his wrestling is on point. He would severely overpower Chael and has the chance to end the fight at any moment with his power...

I guess Rampage is tied up at the moment... I wonder if the UFC could get Rampage to sign another contract... Then have him fight Sonnen. It would be a great fight and would sell well.
