I think dw is just trying too sell hendo and the card to us more than he's praising hendo.

How long have you watched MMA for? If it wasn't for Ortiz, you might not be watching MMA.
Yes, he looked rubbish in his recent fights and yes, the sport of MMA evolved past his skill set but go back and watch Tito when he was the LHW champion.
He was a great fighter, you can't just base this on his recent record!

Oh great, you beat Elvis Sinosic, Wand before he got good, and the dead horse that is Ken Shamrock three times. I'll give him the slam on Evan Tanner, that was sick but he's always been a mediocre fighter. There are a lot of people, like Henderson, who certainty should have been inducted before Tito.

I don't like Tito but he deserves his spot in the UFC HOF, you can't hate on him because the people challenging him for his belt weren't great, he was the best at that time for a long time. Hendo is more deserving of his spot but that doesn't make Tito undeserving of his.

Personally i think the UFC HOF is a joke. There needs to be a non biased HOF for MMA in general but sadly that is probably decades away if it ever happens.
