The best part was where he mentioned the possibility of fighting Shogun next. That fight needs to happen.

BS or truth Jones you need to study that artical and learn from it.
Rashad started out middle in my book after TUF than faught as a point fighter and dropped in my book. Thaught he was a striker and left his wrestling behind dropping his stock, but his actions has brought me around. He has maintained consistency and earned my respect.

Agree Sho Gun than Lyoto

I would tend to agree. not that it makes him a bad person though.

IMO it isn't so much deviousness as it is just crafty intelligence(if I'm not splitting hairs with that term) . If Vitor loses he is still a solid training partner to have around and there is no potential for a rift between he and Rashad bacause of title fight implications. However if Vitor does win not only does rashad have intimate knowledge of Viot from training with him he also gets a bit of vicarious revenge on JJ by having trained Vitor. He'll especially get that if belfort gets a KO/TKO. I hope that shit happens

Fo. Sho. Fun fight that makes good sense at the moment.

I've always liked Rashad. The dancing in the cage never bothered me one bit. I've seen Muhammad Ali do it a million times. I found it comical and not disrespectful or cocky. If anything he was psyching himself up or trying to get in the head of the other fighter.

But if you go back and watch TUF seasons with Rashad, he was always classy and nice. People just made a huge deal out of his dancing in the cage lol.

Only thing I never cared for about Rashad was his association with Greg Jackson.
