Rashad is training with Belfort, and unless he gets an iron-clad agreement from Dana about where a victory would put him in the pecking order at 205 I'm not sure he'd risk it.
T. Silva would be a great opponent, or Bonnar. The latter hasn't fought in a while and is making noises about retirement so unfortunately for me I don't know if he'll take it.
Goose is starting to get some hype around him and is already booked to fight Shogun. Not sure the UFC will put them against each other just yet, although there is precedent (Sanchez vs. Koscheck comes to mind, although there was the grudge fight aspect to that matchup which is absent between Glover and Goose.)

Wait, 153 fell apart and it had nothing to do with Jon Jones?
I call bullshit on that. Fuck Jon Jones the card killer.

I would love to see Mousassi step in but whe know thats not happening. Shogun has basically said he doesnt want to fight Glover and turned down the fight a couple times already. Goose is booked to fight Shogun. The UFC could have Goose step up and fight Glover and have Shogun and Machida fight again. Did I mention that Glover and Machida are friends and really dont want to fight each other.
Other names.
Bonnar
Thiago Silva
Rashad
what happend to Lil Nog?

It's well documented that he has little to no motivation for fighting right now so why risk being highlight reel'd by a UFC newcomer and THEN being shown the door.
Something stinks about this and it looks like I'm not the only one.[/QUOTE] Quote:

Dana White is not going to let another card fall apart after what just happened. I wouldn't be surprised if any of the names listed get shifted around to make the event more intersting. Guys who claimed they aren't fighting will likely end up fighting out of neccessity (kinda like how Sonnen Vs Griffin was so quick to get scrapped)
Cupid shuffle anyone?

Ariel just tweeted this- Quote:
Ariel Helwani @arielhelwani
Rampage's elbow injury isn't believed to be serious, but w/ the big fight slots full this yr (at least 4 now), no word on when he'll return
| I'm wondering whether Rampage is having some 'motivation issues' again lol
