Still baffles me that everyone assumes it's Dana White's fault that UFC fighters arent paid enough. The man is just a 10% owner of the company. His 2 other business partners (the Fertittas) own 80%. You would think Lorenzo (since he's in the forefront of all UFC business related matters) has input of how his company's money is being distributed among fighters and personnel, when Dana White is signing fighters to their contracts.
What we see is only the disclosed pay. When you take into account sponsors and discretionary bonuses, you may be surprised.
Not every fighter deserves 20k a bout, especially when they have absolutely no brand upon entering an organization. There will forever be nitpicking, even if the fighters were making 10/10 it wouldn't be enough.
