nog has looked painfully sluggish in his last couple outings, but it seems like he throws harder than ever before somehow. those haymakers he was hitting mir and schaub with will end herman, who also seems a bit skiddish on the feet in his UFC run.

on that note, i'm surprised at the problems herman has had in the UFC. i thought he was going to make a much bigger splash.

Herman is a total frigging goof. He's aloof, cocky and talks out of his ass constantly, taking very little seriously.

That said, he's got impressive physical gifts, which if applied correctly, could take him far. Give him a proper big league training camp/team and a coach that'll tear him a new asshole and I think he does some violent things.
