Roach may be sick but that doesn't make him delusional about his boxing the man knows his shit in regards to boxing.
And I dont really know who's out striked GSP? Serra may have but he's far from the better striker. Also BJ may have.

GSP DESTROYED Fitch on the feet and totally dominated Thiago Alves on the feet when everyone said that GSP stood no chance with Alves on the feet.

Big fan of NBK and GSP and initialisms in general so I really don't want to see either guy lose . I do not think what we saw CC do against Nick is an indication of he or his trainers doing a fightstyle overhaul towards point fighting but just a tweak to give CC an edge against a reaLLY good opponent in ND. CC will come out very aggresive against GSP and go for the kill ASAP. That being said it will not be enough to defeat GSP and the real champ will be crowned once again .
EDIT: AT&T , NBC , CBS, ABC, KFC, BMF, SOB , OMR, LMFAO , LQTMS, LOL , eat shit I love em!

Koscheck II, Serra II, Penn II and Alves....
Not every fighter has to be heavy handed to be considered a great striker.
Technique is much more enjoyable for me to watch than a brawler. Quote:

I’m fighting the best guys all the time and it’s tough competition. You cannot always win by beautiful fashion. The guy that is in front of me is a very good guy. He’s the No. 1 contender all the time
| The same can be said for every other Champion right now and guess what... They're Finishing Fights.
So GSP, Get Your Shit Together!

I think the biggest danger GSP will face in Condit is a killer instinct. I dont think many of his recent opponents brought that to the table, at least not the same way Carlos does. If Condit can wobble GSP, or get him in a bad position, its gonna be a short night.
I'll most likely end up rooting for Carlos, but a GSP win would be far from upsetting at the same time.
WAR! | I'm rooting for Condit too, but agree that GSP will force his gameplan. I have a feeling Condit will be throwing with desperation by the 3rd round... Quote:

I do have to disagree with you about GSP being one if the best strikers in the division. He's good but not even close to top three | Condit's never really been the stick-and-move type. And I don't think his strategy against Nick works against someone with the kicks of GSP.
I'm guessing he'll try to push forward and keep GSP uncomfortable lunging forward. I also think he'll be unsuccessful at that. Quote:

For example, he's accurate and fast in his attacks but I don't recall him having terribly great head movement, which is critical in a pure striker. But maybe I'm too biased to remember... Quote:

All I remember of Penn II was how sad the GNP made me. I have to watch that again too, maybe I'm not giving GSP's standup enough credit...

The reason GSP has such success striking is because his opponents are constantly off balance due to the takedown threat. GSP doesn't have to worry about being taken down hardly because his MmA wrestling is so much better than everyone else's. I know that's what MMA is about, I'm just illustrating why his striking looks so good.
If they were to have a fight without takedowns, Thisgo silva would beat GSP, however once again that's not MMA. Pure striking, GSP is not top 3 WW

I think GSP's Bandwagon's gonna bust an axle if he finishes Condit. And most of you guys are going to be the first ones jumping on it......
