The thing is, that the UFC pisses on the tradition of Martial Arts. We all know this. I think when you find a company that can incorporate a balance of maintaining the tradition and honor of Martial Arts and the entertainment aspect that goes into prize fighting, then I think more fans will resonate with the sport. UFC is thriving in a reality TV, Jersey Shore/Honey Boo Boo/Kadasians society. As society evolves (hopefully) and maybe gets a bit more conservative with it's values, the UFC's formula may become tiresome. MMA is not a fad, but the UFC very well could be if it doesn't evolve beyond it's current format and philosophy toward martial arts.

Dana's version of shocking the world must be pretty different from mine. They've never really done anything that I would describe in that manner and don't see them doing anything in the future that major.

To say the UFC hasn't shocked the bussiness world is crazy. What bussinessman wouldn't want their company to do what the UFC has done very few wouldn't. Specially in this field other company's have tried to stand on the same platform but fell off, and they had big money backers too. Roaddawg it's a rare day as I pretty much agree, but still think DW should put a little more thought into his speeches would help further growth.

To make good cards would be a good start though!

However because of intreviews like this where he says literally nothing aside of "We are going to do amazing stuff, and nothing will be possible without the Ferttitas and me", dumb people say stuff like "Wooooow, Dana White is so amazing. He is the father of MMA, Dana is so great"
