If they are announcing a fight of some kind it is relevant.

I do not trust a Russian doctor.

The NSAC tested him and he was positive for hep and he never retested.

And it was actually the CSAC not the NSAC who were mentioned in the rumors. The Affliction event in question was held in Cali not Las Vegas.
