I feel bad for everyone who took part in that or had to watch it.

I can't decide which joke about his stamina to do so I'm gonna do several:

1. Has anyone considered that maybe mayhem left the interview early because he was gassing?

2. I'm happy for mayhem he made it almost 15 minutes without completely gassing.

3. That interview lasted almost as long as mayhem's ufc career.

4. I wonder if Lucky Patrick could go 45 seconds with Bisping without needing an oxygen tank?

5. Maybe the immature crazy child act is an attempt to understand Diaz "if you can't beat em join em".

6. Technically this is a step up from the whole naked church thing.

7. Something about how Lucky Patrick should be a bully on bully beatdown.

8. Something about how Kevin James probably has better cardio than mayhem.

Painfully awkward. Its clear that Mayhem is acting like a complete moron to just avoid any heat for his recent behaviour. Who the fuck cares about his character in here comes the boom.

EDIT: On a side note, I fucking hate it when fighters act all tough guy with journalists.. who they know will easily be intimidated. I don't even like Ariel but Mayhem trying to intimidate him is lame and he comes off like a complete dick head.

You have to look at it from his perspective... He failed, He wanted nothing more than to succeed in the UFC... Lost 2 fights and was thrown out... Also having a public dispute with the Boss throughout... Which is almost a guarantee that he will never get another shot...

I dont agree with his actions, but feel he was wronged for all the criticism he got. He did well against Bisping in the first round before he gassed or had a adrenaline dump, or whatever his case was.... and fought CB with a blown knee, of course he was going to lose that.

Mayhem may not have taken everything seriously in his life, but one thing he did was his training... everybody he knows told you that... It is is passion, and to fail like he did would be devastating to anyone.

I agree, expect Ariel does get out of place often. He will pick at fighters and try to instigate... That is part of being a reporter, but when you are dealing with fighters, some backlash is to be expected.

I wish Mayhem would have shut him down when he was laughing at him.

Yep. He's using his character as a defense mechanism. By being only Lucky Patrick, Mayhem isn't available to take questions on his failed UFC career, spats w Dana, or his arrest. He accomplishes the goal of promoting his movie, without having to discuss uncomfortable issues or anything that could be used against him legally.

I think this is more of a strategic failure on the part of Mayhem and his attorneys than mental disorder. Anybody remember the Chuck interview where he requested Tommy Morrison as his next fight? THAT is a fighter having a mental lapse.
