Lance Armstrong has passed hundreds of PED tests and he is one of the biggest drug cheats of all time. You have to be sloppy or an idiot to get caught cheating. I'm sure that 50%+ of ALL professional athletes in most sport have used at one time or another.

I still dont really understand the problem with performance enhancing drugs. Quicker recovery from injuries, longer careers for my favourite fighters, more home-runs, whatever. As a selfish fan, I say go for it.
EDIT: All pro athletes have AT BEST turned a blind eye to PED use, if not used themselves, at some point during their careers. Danzig included.

50% who are regular users sounds about right, and like Mac says, I'm sure there's way more who have tried it at least once, if only to help heal an injury.
It's so easy to use in MMA, most guys only fight a couple of times a year, and there's no random out of competition testing. So there's more than enough time to clear some of these newer drugs. And the guys that fight more often are in the regional shows where's there's little if any testing.
