I fucking love this guy. Not sure he'll be able to take the shots that Nog will throw, but hope he does.

Either way, this fight is staying on the feet.

Sounds like Herman is trying to go the Chael route to hype himself, trying to drum up contraversy and such. Problem is, he's not half as charismatic or intelligent. He'll get cut after he loses.

Yeah because we all know blocking punches with your face is a much more effective for of combat than bjj is. Good luck luck on learning how to wipe your ass when your arm gets ripped off.

To say BJJ doesn't work and facing Big Nog is just too funny. Nog is aged but don't give him a shot even if he looks dead he's amaze me before by locking up a sub
