Because none of them have been UfC champ...it's really simple logic. If one well dries up, you try and did a new one. The same reason Kenny Florian dropped down to 145..

AT the press conference, Chael talks either shit about Brazil if Dos Santos wins or makes fun of Cain's tattoo and calls him an illegal immigrant that should be deported ... and then gets a HW title shot over Overeem after Overeem pisses dirty again.

Sonnen is 0-2 in the UFC, after an unsuccessful stint at 185, he is now going straight to a title fight at LhW simply by running his mouth? God I hope Bones beats him like a child molester in an Egyptain prision.

You missed my point. You illustrated that Bones and Anderson has titles which would impede them fighting each other.

Yet GSP is the WW champion and Anderson wants to fight him.

Silva wants to fight GSP because its an easier fight for him, Jones doesn't want to fght Silva because he idolizes him by I believe he would if silva said he wanted to (afterall he fought Evans),But GSP doesn't want to face Silva...so basically all 3 champs are pussies and Sonnen is a true warrior amirite?


It's really easy to look like a tough guy when you have nothing to loose and everything to gain. So saying, "wow Sonnen isn't afraid to fight them but they are afraid to fight each other lolz" is I very irrelevant statement. If Sonnen didn't fight then he would never achieve his dream.

Do you really think that is why Silva is not willing to fight Jones? He was willing to fight Forrest, and 2 other "easy" fights for him at 205, so don't give me the "defend his title crap". Also, I don't remember GSP being in his weight division....

Silva has a very thin list of good fighters on his resume. I think he is the GOAT in terms of talent, but not in terms of opponents. There is a lot of picking and choosing of opponents in his career.

There are a lot of guys at 205 that would have been more of a challenge than the guys he was willing to fight (and that are smaller than him).

I'm less of a Chael fan after this. I completely understand why he's doing it, but I can't bring myself to root for someone who gets a title shot on his first fight in the division after only losses. Couldn't root for Vitor either. Can't root for Jones. Maybe I'll root for my whiskey to refill itself.

The fact that they would cancel the Chael/Forrest fight is just absurd. It's truly the WWE right now.

I hate to say this, but it's really affecting how much I care about fights in the UFC. Part of it is these undeserved, nonsensical fights. But I think a big part of it for me is how much stupid drama there is.

When there's this much negative emotion about the fights being scheduled, it just drains me and makes me less excited for the cards.
