That's always the obvious motive and its understandable but sad too. Cormier is definitely on his way to the top of his division if he keeps improving the way he does. I mean I still can't believe he did what he did to Barnett.
It just sucks that Cormier has to be sitting out all this time, they need to get him outta there. Imo he's the better investment outta Melendez, Jacare, Rockhold, and Kennedy. He will be a very interesting match up for anybody at hw and/or could be a fresh face in the lhw division.
