Definitely would be a great fight. Overeem is not a slouch on the ground as many believe though.

AO VS Cormier would be the most interesting fight for him outside of Cain and JDS, IMO, but we all know we won't get that lucky for his comeback.
Winner of Carwin/Nelson, Struve, or Hunt II could be good.

Overeem vs Cormier won't happen. Not yet anyway. Cormier is going to have one last fight in Strikeforce, and there is no way the UFC is going to go through all the trouble of signing Overeem just to send him back to Strikeforce after one fight.

But when he is on his back he doesn't have the best defense and tends to eat some heavy shots.
