Terrible... I feel sorry for everyone up there. I don't know what i'd do if I saw a shark swimming around my front yard.
Weidman will be okay though. Once he beats Anderson Silva, he will be able to buy a much better house. One that could even float.
Seriously though, hope his family is okay.

let's hope he has flood insurance granted it will never replace any personal stuff but a replaced home would take a ton of stress off

Chris Weidman's home hit hard by Hurricane Sandy (updated) - MMA Fighting Quote:
Update: Weidman spoke to to MMAFighting.com via text message about his situation Tuesday evening.
"Everyone is good," he wrote. "My family was out, and I stayed back to manage the damage going on. First floor, garage, backyard, [and] deck all pretty much destroyed.
"We lost a lot of stuff but as long as we are healthy that's all that matters. I actually documented a lot through video and pics. We had water up to my chest in some parts of my house."

As a south Florida boy born and raised, I feel his pain. Hope his insurance doesn't jerk him around, but I kind of doubt it.

Shitty deal. Can't imagine the headache of having to deal with a home being destroyed.
Where I live, a natural disaster is hitting a moose on the highway.
Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Hurricanes, Tornados? Not here mang.
Only thing that crops every now and again are forest fires, but that shit is dealt with pretty handily.
