Bisping vs Belfort to headline UFC's Jan 19th show A match between middleweight stars, Michael Bisping (23-4) and Vitor Belfort (21-10), which has been talked about for the past two weeks, was made official Saturday morning by UFC officials. The show, which doesn't have a location, appears to have a Brazil vs. foreigner theme. The other two bouts listed being middleweights Daniel Sarafian (7-/2) vs. C.B. Dollaway (12-4), and a heavyweight battle with Gabriel Gonzaga (13-6) vs. Ben Rothwell (32-8). It is likely as the first of many Brazil-centric shows planned for the market in 2013. The show will be on FX, according to UFC president Dana White. Bisping vs. Belfort will headline UFC's Jan. 19 show in Brazil (updated) - MMA Fighting Meh not to excited. Looking forward to see Bisping on his return I say Belfort in the 2nd anyone else? |
Bisping, UD. |
Bisping via Belfort being a mental midget. |
I think this may have already been posted. |
Good fight. Bisping's chin took Stann's shots. It will be interesting to see if it can take Belfort's shots. Belfort will be a good test. Bisping wins and I am torn to who he fights next. I know a lot of us (mma fans) say weidman and boetsch deserve an immediate title fight, but I wouldn't hate seeing him face the winner. All depends on Anderson. Who does he want next? When does he fight next? I know a lot of us hate that, but it is the truth. I would watch him vs Anderson if they decided to make that fight (if he beat belfort). |
