thats promising at least. if the page that KO'd liddell shows up he has a solid chance at winning this fight. however his mental state is what i get hung up on. for arguments sake lets imagine that he ends up on the bottom with glover drilling him with nasty GnP like he did maldanado. my feeling is that he will hang it up and in a sense kind of let the fight go. i've seen him become frustrated in fights and just start phoning it in. i felt like he did this in the forrest fight as well as the machida, evans, and jones fights. it is a good sign that he actually seems to be training properly, or at the very least taking his weight cut seriously. i am still not going to be convinced until i see him start fighting.

i used to be a big page fan. always enjoyed his pride fights as well as his first couple of UFC outings. my opinion changed after his atrocious behavior before and after the forrest fight. he seems to have just grown bitter and complacent since that loss.

I think Glover is a top LHW, he just doesnt match up well with rampage.... He may be better equipped to deal with kicks against someone like Shogun or Forrest, but his forte is his hands.... He will try and trade hands with rampage and get put out... period... bank on that...

Its also funny to see people thinking Glover is going to take down rampage.... Since when did Glover become an elite wrestler... Wrestling has NEVER been rampage's weakness...

Anyone else buying the injury that Rampage had in his last fight? I thought he was doing pretty well until (according to him) he popped his knee after he slammed Bader. He went from shutting down Bader's grappling to having no ability to stop the takedown, so I actually do buy the injury.

I think Rampage is a lot better then people are giving him credit for as long as his knees hold up. I look forward to the fight, I think Texeira is good but he's pretty wild and Rampage is one of the best brawlers.

He injured the knee in the Jones fight, chose to try and push through without surgery... Injured it while wresting in training and furuther injured it, in in the fight...

oh wait... i forgot, that injury didnt exist, and a blown knee has no impact on a fight.
