I think Dan has a decent shot against Lyoto and zero shot against Jones. Jones will fight him the exact same way he fought Rampage, leg kick him to death for 3 rounds and then sub him.

I think the same thing. Dan has a chance to tag machida or at the very least walk him down for a couple rounds ala page and get the decision.

Page outstruck Machida, Dan is nowhere near the boxer Rampage is. Dan will have to take a couple shots to get in close and work him on the cage and land a big shot rolling off of it OR take him down/out point him some how.

i know that dan has nowhere near the technique that page has but lyoto will be wary of that overhand right and will likely use a similar style to what he used against rampage. which will leave lyoto looking less agressive and moving away from dan alot. this being three rounds will definately work in dan's favor.

I want this fight scrapped lol. I really hate to see either guy lose here. If Machida loses, he will probably move down to mw. If Hendo loses, he'll probably never get another title shot.

Machida at mw is a waste of talent imo. I think he'd easily make his way to a title shot but, he wont fight Silva and vice versa.

I disagree. The UFC didn't bother to ask Henderson what his recovery timetable was. I think Dan's being punished because he had the nerve to inform Chael Sonnen of his knee injury BEFORE he told the powers that be at Zuffa. That's why Chael 'spontaneously' started a Twitter beef with Jones 3 weeks before the fight with Henderson was scheduled to happen.

Rampage and Shogun proved that Lyoto can be beaten with pressure...and thats exactly how Hendo fights, I think Hendo can take this in a 3 round decision.

im hoping dan wins via spectacular KO becuase if he doesnt his title aspirations are done and frankly after the fights he had with fedor and shogun the guy should be smelling polished gold and leather conditioner, i couldnt care less if he hurt his knee and had to pull out of the september card he has paid his dues
