Actually he beat two former champions right? Cote was a champion was he not? So yeah that and Le was a champion in strikeforce, and has a name does put him in the mix. Personally I still dream of seeing Cung Le vs Anderson Silva. I know Silva would probably smoke him, but just to see an almost pure TMA clinic would be a dream. of course styles makes fights and Le could pull off the upset. The guy is legit period. Hey Chael Sonnen is getting a tittle shot in a division he's hasn't won in. Welcome to Zuffa World folks.....

Belcher vs Le would be a good fight and Belcher wouldn't leave himself open like that. Re-match vs Wandy? I'd watch that just to see Wandy destroy Le again. I don't know why but I really don't like Le, he's not a dick that I can tell but I just don't like him so I will always root against him. Perhaps it's from movies? Generally I don't like people that make themselves look overly amazing in movies.

Cote was a last minute replacement for Mezger, not a title fight.

Rich was getting the better of it then he got blasted. I was really shocked when it happened; I was getting ready for 5 rounds of Le getting picked apart.
I think Le can hang with a lot of guys near the top, but he definitely has his weaknesses. I think they should save him for bigger fights against other aging vets with name value.

Le given special opponetts can put on some exciting fights,but there are many IMO who would nolify his game to boring status. Age and movies are all major road blocks in his mma fighting

Nice catch by Le. I want to see him against Belfort. Hell, with his style this might be the guy to face Silva.
