If what Miragliotta said is true (about only a finger has to touch the ear to make it a legal strike) then the finish isnt really as "dirty" as some claim. Looking at Saks sig the first 3 shots look to hit the ear as well as the back of the head (making them legal) followed by 2 shots that hit just the back of the head then 2 more shots that hit the back of the head and the ear at the same time, and then finally one last hit to the back of the head as mirgliotta steps in.

So 5-8 shots were legal shots...far from dirty imo

I've never been a Cowboys fan a day in my life.

Just because you're born somewhere doesn't mean you have to root for them.

I was raised by my Grandmother who is a long time Cowboys fan. When I got into Football enough to understand, I wanted to root against every one in our household to make it somewhat fun. In the very early 90's, the 49'ers and Cowboys went back and forth on top the NFC. I've been a Niners fan since about '92. They are my number one sports love, with the Mavericks being second.
