but most of us don't get why you don't see the enormous difference between initiating the very concept of superfights between them--as Anderson has done--and grudgingly acknowledging their existence--as Georges is doing.

Which is not even touching on the subject of Georges being more willing to focus within his own weight class and defend his title...again, utterly unlike Anderson.

I was talking to those who think "Anderson should have to fight Jones" talking about superfights, which you dont care for in the first place, so why even interject yourself into the discussion.

I interject myself into the discussion because you're simply repeating the same incorrect statements over and over again, hoping that they'll be true like you've done--repeatedly--in the past.

wow, good to see the usual two morons hanging on to a fraying rope. This fight isnt going to happen, and I for one couldnt be happier. I bet the legit contenders in both divisions are big GSP fans today.

For my part the idea of a "superfight" is not , in and of itself, the problem . My problem is the manner in which AS has initiated the talk. IMO if you are the one start shit and running your mouth-AS not GSP- then you are the one who is under the most intense scrutinization. GSP is exempt because he has done none of the gum flapping that Silva has about anything and has been classy and focused on the business at hand - his div. which needs title defenses. If you wantto act big and bad for the sake of your legacy then go after the bigger guys otherwise I'm not all that impressed. Maybe he should call out Mighty Mouse Johnson next. Real bad ass.

Sadly, I still think it's going to happen. Money talks.

I think it will get drawn out pathetically long, but it will eventually happen. I think Anderson is too big of a draw/diva and is unwilling to fight again unless he gets his vanity fight. All dana sees is $$, he has no concept of integrity.



I'm sure the two morons will be thrilled when it does. Because nothing tastes like a real victory than getting cybervindicated by events that would have happened even if you were never, ever born.

Quit spreading false bullshit. Repeating the truth is never beating a dead horse.

Most of us think Anderson should be defending his belt and don't really care for superfights BUT if there was a superfight that made sense it would be Anderson and Jones because they are way closer in weight than Anderson and GSP is.

Dana White job is to make the fights fans want to see. Like it or not he runs a business and also wants to make money. I know thats a dumb idea for a business man to have. Silva vs GSP and Silva vs Jones are the two biggest money making fights out there.

Integrity is two fighters fighting cause they both think there the best and want to be considered the GOAT!!!

GSP shouldn't take this fight unless it's at 170. GSP isn't at his best at MW, he's at his best at WW, so while he could make MW to fight a bigger opponent, it's actually kind of silly. If a fighter wants to move to other weight classes, go ahead, but no one should be forced to move to fight at another weight class just because they crush their division.
