I'm betting Weidman faces Rockhold once they're both healed.
I'm betting Anderson holds out for crappy movie stardom--in the dimmest sense of the word--and doesn't fight because GSP and Jones are logistically improbable at this point.

Rockhold has over 10 fights and is the current mw champion of Strikeforce. If he is indeed coming over to the UFC as the ex SF mw champion it sounds like the belts need to be consolidated anyways. There is not enough room in any division for 2 champions. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luke_Rockhold
Silva's next fight will either be GSP, Rockhold or Bisping. Many casuals will coin Rockhold or GSP as superfights due to both of them being title holders. Hardcore fans will likely factor in sustained dominance.

I'm going to toss in my own conspiracy theory into this while equation: I believe GSP wants this fight but that GSP and his management are infinitely smarter than Silva's team. The more GSP says he doesn't want the fight and that the fight has to be at 170, the more Silva's camp will have to give up money-wise in negotiations for the fight. Move a few percentage points GSPs way and he might not be so against the fight at this point. Add a bigger chunk of the PPV/live gate and he might consider the fight at 175-177. Will also be interesting to see how many of GSPs training partners end up fighting on this card too.
