First time at lw Nate had issues he's worked on his diet and seemed to solve that issue, but I don't see any issues with Bendo either. I see Bendo as the stronger of the two very hard to choke out thus getting a dec win.

His camp claims he was cutting the weight wrong the first stint, which honestly I believe. While the first Edgar Benson fight was high pace the second wasn't. I would also say the in your face constant pressure Nate brought to gomi and ceronne is more cardio intense then Edgar' s in and out style.

I think as long as Bendo mixes things up with leg kicks and takedowns he'll pull off the decision win. If he gets sloppy and tries to box to much with Nate he'll regret it. As long as Bendo uses his wrestling to wear Nate down a bit he won't have cardio issues.

I see only one big weakness with Diaz. He is way to open to the leg kicks. If henderson chops the legs out I see him winning this. If henderson tries to stand and bang or goes to the ground I feel Diaz will come out on top. I really feel best shot with Diaz has to involve massive leg kicks and I feel ben will go that way as well.
This does have fight of the year written all over it and I cant wait to see it!

I don't think it'll be FOTY, I'm not even sure it'll be FOTN. But I do agree that if Benson fights smart, and puts on a leg kicking clinic, I think he wins the fight fairly decisively, and fairly safely.

Both Diaz brothers are good on the feet and have top notch jitz. I really like watching them both fight, but what I see them fail to do, is adjust their game on the fly. When they're stifled, they don't adjust.

Getting angry, swearing, and flipping the bird is not a gameplan adjustment.

If Guida can outweestle Diaz for a UD, im sure Bencp can also. They are both cardio whores. Also, Diaz was eating leg kicks from Cerone even though he beat his ass; and Bendo has some decent leg kicks. Overall I would give Diaz the advantage standing up, but he's physically weak IMO and will get out wrestled for a UD.
