|  Illegal blow by Shogun vs. Gustofsson?
I maybe COMPLETELY wrong but...
Anyone catch it?
It was in the first round when Shogun had Alexanders back when they were both on ground. AG positioned his hand on ground to help him up(which makes him a grounded opponent) then Shogun came around and popped him in the head with his knee.
Like I said... I COULD BE COMPLETELY WRONG.
and I dont have a DVR so I couldn't rewind it. Plus fox showed hardly any replays.
I'm just curious to know if anyone seen it or if anyone can post a vid.

Deffinetly a close one. It happens at exactly 1minute into round 1. Shogun starts to throw as Goose's hand is down but the exact impact moment is too close to call.
Rogans actually priases it by yelling "Big Knee by Shogun!!" but made no mention of the hand being down.

Its seriously one of those strikes that is just too close to call imo.
Ive watched it several times now and A.) cant figure out if its Legal or not, And B.) Cant get over that Rogan praises him for it and makes no mention of it potentially being Illegal.

i haven't rewatched the fight yet, but when it happened, i don't remember thinking anything besides 'YES YES YES GETTEM!'
shogun is usually pretty good about that stuff. even if he dreams about stomps and soccer kicks.

Don't have it recorded but was mostly sober for it and remember it being legal but just barely and pointing it out to my GF who was actively ignoring me
