I think it would be an interesting match-up. Kos' only recent losses have been a close decision to Hendricks and a loss to the Champion.

This is a good fight.... Id like to see Rory/Condit, but this fight would be good as well. It would make sense to put Rory against someone who already got a title shot like Kos, Condit, Fitch, etc... because he will become a problem if the UFC starts putting him up against Contenders like Hendricks or Diaz... as he doesnt want to fight GSP.

He is clearly the best wrestler Rory would have faced.... A big part of Rory's game is dictating where the fight takes place... His standup and top game are both good...

Kos could very well have the 2nd best wrestling for MMA at WW, behind GSP...

IMO Kos could easily put Rory on his back and defend Rory's takedowns... Having power would only help him, should he find an opening...

If he stands with Rory, he gets picked apart like BJ did.... While Rory's wrestling has been impressive, we havent seen anything to say that it is on GSP's level though... Rory struggled with BJ in the wrestling department... I have no question that Kos could push him in that aspect.

Nicks earned his shot and them some. What more do you want someone to do to be worthy of getting a title shot? If a year suspension, coming off a loss and literally being able to flip off ANYONE at any time doesnt garner a championship appearance, then fuck me sideways, i dont know what does.

Why should Rory get to chose his fight, and beating a non ranked BJ ( serously BJ hasn't won a meaningfull fight at 170# for a long time) should do nothing but get his name more knowen.
Usaully don't disagree to much with ya RJ but Kos has more big names under his belt than Rory does so far.
