To answer your question they probably act like a piece of shit, just like any white trash or "Jim Jo Billy". Pashak wasn't being racist, he was just trying to show the difference. Trash comes in all colors, in other words.

I've always found it funny that when a darker skinned person is being called a name it's racist. But people could give two shits about a lighter skinned individual being called names. This name calling to make yourself somehow feel like a bigger person along with stereotyping are pretty damn pathetic.

I do think Pashak got it a little wrong though, because there is a difference between "nigga" and "nigger". "Nigga" seems to be used by any lower intelligence persons of any color/race trying to fit in and sound cool with the low class neighborhood fellas. Seriously, have you actually ever heard an intelligent conversation where someone is calling the other person involved a "nigga"? If you have, well I'm sorry for you. And then of course the term "nigger" is just plain derogatory. It's definitely racist. Just like other terms such as,"cracker, spic, wetback, honky, mayata etc..". It's just ignorance fueled by even more ignorance.
