Would only really be unethical if he was trying to influence who the judges were that showed up for events.

The way it's currently being handled complaining after events doesn't really work. They need to be hounding on the AC's to get the judges properly trained and reviewed throughout the year. The AC's also need to be opening up their methods more publicly they need to start by showing that judges who screw up are being dealt with accordingly.

Dana CAN absolutely do something. And its not Dana, its Marc Ratner who is hired by Dana White.

The AC comes to the UFC and says "these are our officials that we have assigned to work your event here"

UFC can actually tell the AC that they are bringing their own to work the event also. I think the UFC is allowed to control the spot of 1 judge and 1 ref at minimum.
