Eight Straight victories! All of them finishes. Looks like a pretty good prospect. I would say give him a chance. Really fun striking and he looks like his grappling is there. That behind the back kick was weird. Looks like a fun fighter to watch.

He's really entertaining he's training with Gunnar Nelson and his ground game has really improved . He should fight Norman Parke both are Irish and similarly ranked I think McGregor takes him.

Full fight video of Conor McGregor becoming two-division Cage Warriors champion | News

Quote:
Conor McGregor made a little history on New Year's Eve.

Cage Warriors' featherweight champion added the lightweight title to his resume with a one-punch knockout of Ivan Buchinger in the main event of Cage Warriors 51. Two-division champions are a rarity in MMA, and McGregor became one with a dominant performance in front of his hometown fans.

Cage Warriors 51 took place at The Helix in Dublin, where McGregor got a huge reception from his Irish fans. The main card streamed on MMAjunkie.com (UFC blog for UFC news, UFC rumors, fighter interviews and event previews/recaps) following prelims on Facebook.

McGregor (12-2) made easy work of Buchinger (21-4) when standing, and a big left hand finally dropped him to the canvas. McGregor climbed the cage on two sides to celebrate with the home crowd. McGregor has won eight straight fights, all by stoppage, with six coming in the first round.

You can now watch the full fight video of Monday's main event and see McGregor win his second title.

I've been watching McGregor for a little while, and I think that he really meets all of the requirements needed to fight in the UFC; he's got an exciting, unorthodox style, a great record, an impressive win streak, and is a great character, too.
Dana, get that boy in there, and soon!
