Yet they will not petition the WWE who has fighters beat the crap out of each other with chairs tables and latters? Really they are sooooooo much better as role models. Why don't they just tell the truth? We are mad at Zuffa for not sharing any of their green and now we are finding ridiculous ways to have people think Zuffa and the UFC are bad.

Ok this seriously pisses me off. Here's why: I am a member of teamsters local 927 and I pay union dues at the beginning of every month. With this, comes the understanding that my union representatives will looking out for my best interest in regards to my job.
Last year I found out that my union had need lobbying to the government to keep the long gun registry that they had been talking about getting rid of and since have. They didn't even tell their union members that they were going to be doing this. My issue with this is that I was all for the government scrapping the registry. It was a waste of tax dollars. My union was wasting my money fight a cause that I did not agree with. I didn't even have a say in it.
I have a hard time believing that there are many people in the culinary union that actually give a damn about Zuffa. This to me just seems like another example of union bosses using their power to their own selfish means.

Imagine being an MMA fan and the culinary world was your chosen profession. There would be no way you could do your job without having a union you disagreed with taking your money and wasting it on frivolous shit like this.
