Kennedy and Gracie both make a lot more than I thought they did. On the flip side, I always find it pretty ridiculous how little some champions are paid in comparison to other fighters.

It's telling just by the payroll how much Strikeforce cared to make matchups with their marquee fighters even. Quite fitting on the last card.

no wonder barnett isnt in a rush to proclaim him love for dana theres noway he would make that kind of money upon returning to the ufc he's probably looking to go where the next paycheck is the prettiest i wonder where that could be

Barnett made more than Cormier? Wow if I was Cormier I'd fire my manager, that's just bullshit. And I say that as a solid Josh Barnett fan. That guy should have gotten the top payday, after all isn't he the the last "strikeforce HW champion" I mean WTF? Definitely not a lot of love for Cormier. But hey then again being able to talk shit and market puts extra zeros on your check I guess....
