Several UFC on Fox 6 main card fighters took part in a promotional media conference call on Tuesday, but as they chatted away with journalists, two of their compatriots fell off the undercard.
Middleweight Michael Kuiper (12-1) remains on the UFC on Fox 6 preliminary card, but he’s now on to his fourth, and hopefully final, proposed opponent for the Jan. 26 event in Chicago.
After Thiago Bodão, Caio Magalhaes and Buddy Roberts were all forced to withdraw, UFC newbie Josh Janousek (8-1) hopes to be the man that actually makes it all the way to Octagon to face Kuiper of fight night.
Another middleweight bout, between Rafael Natal and Magnus Cedenblad has also been blown apart.
With Cedenblad pulling out of the fight, Natal (14-4) will now welcome another newcomer to the Octagon in Sean Spencer (9-1), who most recently fought for Legacy Fighting Championship.
