Glad they are giving so many guys a chance. I just noticed Ryan Couture's entire professional career was with SF; he's growing as a fighter very fast and I think he's got a lot of potential.

DC, Melendez, and Woodly were already confirmed.
No Masvidal?
If he didnt have a broken Hand, he would have done a lot better in the Melendez fight. he has some of the best standup at LW, and has really improved his wrestling game.
He could fight guys like Cerrone or Diaz right off the bat and do really well in the standup department imo, that is how good he really is.
I wonder whats going on with Feijao. He pissed hot and should be off suspension now or soon.
I still have no clue why SF never made Feijao vs. Mousasi, that would have been a standup war...
He has been Anderson's go to training partner for years now...
However seeing him during the suspension, he has looked horrible.... very very fat.
the MW division is going to become a lot deeper and more competitive at the top now...
Rockhold and Jacare are top10 for sure... Kennedy and Gracie are UFC calibur fighters, but I dont see either of them going very far, but some good fights for them.
Bisping and Lombard are clearly close to a title shot in the UFC's eyes... They both have very tough fights, I doubt they will both win, especially Bisping...
Depending on when Luke is ready to go, and how Weidman is healing up...
Rockhold vs. Weidman would be a great fight.
If Bisping and Lombard both lose, and Weidman is still sidelined/the UFC doesnt want to give him the title shot... Luke May get an immidiate title shot to unfiy the belts...
Well deserving imo. Being SF champ means something and he is actually the only guy that I have above Weidman as far as "deserving" a title shot goes...
Wins over Jacare and Kennedy are better than wins over Munoz and Maia imo...
Jacare and Anderson both said several times that they dont want to fight each other so well see how that turns out if Jacare really goes on a tear... Which is very possible, but I do see him running into some problems, with the elite MW's. Okami, Vitor, Lombard, Kenndey, and possibly Weidman could beat him.

Pretty sure Masvidal is one of those fighters who once they got injured, just 'became' UFC fighters.

Great that Mousasi is oficially in the UFC! | This is what im seeing as well. Zuffa already has 20-30 fighters per weightclass, alot of them are trying to build a name. Throwing in an extra 5-10 more fighters per weight class who've already proved themselves and made a name is going to put extra pressure on the "little guys" to step up or be cut.
It sucks on one hand because lots of "UFC calibur" guys could very well be cut, but it could also make for more packed cards with lesser guys gone. And tbh if they're ment to be in the UFC, they'll make there way back. Lots do.
Im kind of torn, I want more top fighters but Its a catch 22 for sure watching a ton of good talent be cut. Which is what im expecting to happen.

Which is what im expecting to happen. | Its not like the UFC is going to start randomly cutting guys left and right for no reason. They will still have to lose... They will not have the same pull as some of the more known guys, but they will still have their chance. I get what your saying about the "talent" being worth more than the "name". but you got to realize, look at who the "name" fighters are fighting, then look at who the guy who just got cut, lost to. A cut typically occurs from losing to a lower level guy in the first place...
There is something to be said about paying your dues... I know all situations are not equal, but a lot of these veterans have earned their keep.
