War Babalu.
Shouldn't you have had to win some of those fights though to be a legend? Results make you a legend, not just longevity.

EDIT: Looks like the legend got KOed.

Well crap for Babalu. He was hurt. Maybe not so out of it when it was called, but he was out right after he hit the ground. I wonder what he will do now. Will it be time for him to call it a day or continue on even smaller shows or shows overseas?

And I have mean no disrespect toward him. He's a great fighter, been all over the place, fought the best. But legend? No. But I don't consider Vitor Belfort a legend either.

I really want to qualify Babalu as a legend for that one night tourney run alone, but looking at his entire body of work, despite his run between the Chuck losses, which is pretty impressive, I'd put him a rank below a "legend", maybe one of his era's "great LHWs". His grappling acumen & raw fire made him a star and he was a great and exciting fighter, who never really put all the pieces in the right place to be considered among the elite best.

Speaking of Bellator LHWs, hows Mo doing over in TNA?

Am I the only one that would love to see King Mo loose in the first round? I just love those upsets!!! Nothing against King Mo though. He is a good fighter.
