To me the most obvious difference in Overeem that could be attributed to substances was his lack of aggression. He was less muscularly defined, but he still weighed over 260. His technical abilities are unchanged, as 'roids, etc. don't elevate actual skill. But go back and look at the machine of a man he fought as against Lesnar. He said himself during the UFC 141 post fight conference: "I like to be aggressive. I like to be dominant. I don't like to be going backwards, waiting...I prefer just to go in there and beat the other opponent up".
That exceptionally confident Overeem was NOWHERE to be found Saturday. All the cocky shit he was saying and doing was to hype himself up and to get in Bigfoot's head for a psychological advantage because he knew he didn't have the testosterone-fueled aggression and confidence from his previous appearance.

The sad part was Silva was tagging him so hard the dude couldnt even drop. I swore I saw a "TILT" sign lite up. I would hate to be Overeem at the post fight conference.
I wonder what his excuse was... ring rust?

In reality, you have no idea what the fuck is happening with Overeem on a daily basis or even what was crossing his mind.
Overeem was winning the first two rounds and was overconfident in the third due to Bigfoot being completely stifled.
Carry on revisionists, it is fun reading what your imagination can conjure.
The real reason Overeem didn't come in with a full head of steam is because he ate too much horse steak and eggs in the morning and was feeling bloated.

Sounds like Co Cop has some sour grapes and never liked him to begin with. Overreem did not seem any less defined than he usually does. If he had one, people would accuse him of sneaking back on the juice under the radar. In any event I still think he becomes champion, maybe not this year but next. He has the tools, he just needs to use his distance and not exchange in close with guys who have faster hands. I hope Overreem haters enjoy this small victory, because when that belt goes around his waist I'm going to log some serious board time

Have people forgotten the NC on Overeem's record?

His case was also administered by noted scumbag Armando Garcia, who represents the absolute worst part of the CSAC's history, and was run out of town on a rail. But Silva's actual T levels came in lower than normal, as opposed to AO's astronomically high results.
Bit of an enormous difference there, if you have any understanding of what was going on.
