He's calling him out still because Lauzon has pushed himself up the ladder. So getting a fight with Lauzon will likely get you on a main card of the ppv or fox. He wants the fight against Lauzon because he can build his name up quicker with a victory over him.
I think Lauzon beats him if they fight but don't see the match being made anytime soon.
