Couture vs. Pearson, Mitrione vs. De Fries, LaFlare vs. Alloway added to UFC on FUEL TV 9 - MMA Fighting Quote:
A trio of fights were added to UFC on FUEL TV 9 Saturday morning.
Ryan Couture, the son of UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture, vs. Ross Pearson, Matt Mitrione vs. Phil De Fries and Ryan LaFlare vs. Ben Alloway will all take place on the April 6 card, which will be held at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden. The UFC announced the fights via its UK Twitter account.

ha ha I knew Dana would throw Ryan to the wolves. This is not a good match up for Ryan imo.

Nobody saw this coming lol.
While not the absolute WORST matchup they could've given Ryan(that distinction would've gone to Jim Miller), I think we can all read between the lines quite clearly here.
Randy knew what going to Bellator was probably going to do to his son's active MMA career in the UFC and still went on with it anyways. That's Randy for you.

Man Pearsons got more fights in the UFC than Ryan has in his career, and more UFC wins than Ryan has wins in his career. Cant believe they are throwing him into such deep waters so soon.
Theres a boatload of TUF rejects in the UFC, why does he have to fight Pearson of all people?
