i dont know if you are joking.. Im not a doctor, but im pretty sure human babies come out one at a time. My mom is actually a twin and she is 10 min older then her twin. so.....

Actually what happened to the Nogs was somewhat unusual. As the Dr pulled out Big Nog from mama Nog, Lil Nog was simultaneously being shot out of mama Nog's poop hole. Which explains why Lil Nog's career is shit compared to Big Nog's. so....
