When Ronda won the bronze medal it was in the 154 pound division. I realize that mma and judo are different, but you can't say most women weight 135 when the current champ used to compete in a combat sport at a weight class far above 135.

No I'm serious. Can you show me some statistics that prove that 135 lbs has a much deeper roster than 145 lbs?

The only flaw in Dana's reasoning is that he created the 135 pd division PURELY FOR ROUSEY. So of coarse she's the champion at that weight. Where's the 145 pd women's division? Oh yeah, there isn't one because there's not a Ronda Rousey at that weight. He's in fucking love with her and it's obvious.

Rousey competed well above 135 in the olympics. She then talked a lot of shit on Cyborg, herself, but then can't meet her at a MUTUAL weight, in the middle...she doesn't want to fight Cyborg. Of coarse Cyborg tested positive for Roids which is shitty, but still, I hate hearing someone so annoying such as Rousey talk tons of shit and be unwilling to back it up.


To those debating about which Women's weight class has more talent...well, neither has much talent at all to be honest. That's just the reality. When you have a host of people getting armbarred in under a minute when they know exactly what's coming...uhh, I'll just say that shit doesn't happen in mens mma.

When AO tests hot, he's suspended and--on paper--one single squash match away from a shot at the champion. When Santos tests hot she's a crazy bitch with a fake doctors note.

Mind you, I'm not a Santos fan, and I believe she can easily make 135, but that she doesn't want to. And while I'm not a fan of Rousey either; I just want to see people treated with equity and consistency.
