I don't believe Silva is afraid of any man and wouldn't duck anyone. However, in order to determine if he has "avoided" fighting Chris, I need a detailed timeline of who did what first.

I just don't see this happening, especially not since Silva has learned how to utilize the cage to defend take downs. If Sonnen's "in your face" style couldn't get him down in round 2, I definitely don't see Chris being able to grind his way to a UD.
But Silva countered Sonnen with an "in your shorts" style.

Anderson destroys Weidman, in such a way that the next day the forums will flood with threads of how Weidman was never a tough fight in the first place.

Mark it.

Still a better style than "spin around and fall down"

Finally, bout time this happened. Silva will finish this one early and put the Weidman hype train to a stop.

Oh yea. No doubt about it. And I got a couple guesses on who would start it.

*Weidman begins unprompted statements that Anderson is ducking him, opts for elective surgery since champ is unavailable till 2013.
*Anderson reverses decision to not fight again in 2012 by facing Bonnar at LHW.
*Weidman signs on to face Boetsch in contender eliminator, is subsequently injured.

If Chris is going to win over Anderson he'll have to take him out of his game within the first few minutes before Anderson gets his rythem going. If Anderson does get going the best Chris won't beat him or last more than a few minutes.IMHO
