So, me being a dick aside, how much emphasis do you put on the government creating/enforcing/maintaining that system? I see money as the goal of business but government as the iron fist that let's them achieve that goal against the interest of the consumer.

They really dont. Ive seen first hand the city hospital turning down people who were dying because they had no money. This myth about free healthcare is bullshit, at least in dallas. You sit at parkland in a waiting room until you pay, leave, or die.

I'll try to dumb this down even further for you: If someone pays a premium for insurance, and never [or rarely] make use of the benefits, and I use the benefits more often, they are essentially paying for my medical bills. Prolonged use of weed causes a host of negative medical concerns. People making use of insurance to deal with those concerns increase the premium that everyone else pays.

You know how we could have enough money to pay for everyones health care? Legalize drugs. blah blah blah...

Yeah. That would totally work.

Because while people in government are often idiots, they're at least not as stupid as you.
