Phil Baroni is a bit over rated.I question his conditioning.If he can't finish a fight right away he gets real tired and sluggish looking.IMO the most over rated is Ace.There's a number of guys at MW that could take his title.

There's guys you mention that are overrated and underrated at the same time because they are guys you either love or hate. I'm talking about Baroni, Mir, R. Lawler, Leben, etc. All of those guys are good fighters, however 99% of everyone thinks either A. they're all hype and can't fight worth a shit, or B. they're the best fighters in the world. They're neither, they fit comfortably in the middle.

Even his second fight with Sims he was close to going big time.

Tito Ortiz for many many many reasons. He was fed weak fighters as the Champ, everytime he's in a big fight he either loses or wins by a weak controversial decision yet Tito nuthuggers act like he's the best in MMA.
