Never noticed this thread until now. You said "impress" in your topic, but impress doesn't necessarily mean they're a favorite of mine. Like Fedor is an impressive badass, but he's just not a favorite of mine.

Bisping (brutal honesty during TUF 3)
Evan Tanner (good fighter, seems fairly down to earth - as fighters go anyway)
Ken Shamrock (he was the first to stuff Gracie, I'll always be a fan)
