Man...after what he went through...it is more than just the physical part, it is also the mental part. I have respect for any man who gets into the octagon. Give him some time, I think he will be back to the Mir of old.

Well his previous fight before this PPV I thought he was very out of shape and he got whooped because of it. I was excited to see him back to fight again last night and thought he would be back in some type of good physical shape. But instead he pulls off his shirt and looks like a chewed piece of bubble gum. Yeah maybe he does have a hard time doing cardio but a good diet, some situps, and training regularly can slim him down alot more than he was.

I'm baffled why a man whose known for his submissions didn't try any against (no disresect) a lesser fighter in Christinsen.

Goldberg was straight on the money after a minute & saying Mir looked to have gassed.

Bike wreck or not, Mir had more than enough time to get into shape after his loss to Cruz. He needs Billy Rush (or however you spell his name!) in his corner NOW!!
