sorry if this is a repost i used the search function and found nothing.

Anyone know the status of Penn in the UFC is he still with and if so why is he rumored to fight at other events?

Not sure about his status. Most likely he signed the standard 3 fight deal, so he'd have 2 fights left. I know he is negotiating with K-1 to be in the K-1 Hero's 187 lb. GP.
